11/11 portal, the gateway to the new energetic year ... before you roll your eyes or sigh expletives, no, I do not mean like a doorway to another dimension. At least, not in the way that sci-fi movies often capture portals. What I mean is on Nov. 11, things feel more possible, and there is a sort of energetic gateway through which you can send your desires and watch them manifest. This is an opportunity to “ascend” spiritually, as it’s likely that many others are also feeling the same positive energy and desire to spiritually awaken alongside you. A safe space is provided to allow you to submerge deeply into this experience and emerge with clarity.You can simply arrive to rest and enjoy the practice and sound as well :) There is no right or wrong ...You can simply BE :) We begin with Ulrike guiding you in mediation to settle into a restorative posture allowing for an opening of the body to release, receive. A beautiful powerful Sound Journey with Tibetan & crystal singing bowls, gongs , drum , flute, hand pan and the beautiful sound of the electric cello by Imphormal will allow you to settle into a deep state of relaxation . You will leave feeling cleansed ,refreshed & open :) All props are provided but of course you may bring an item of comfort. Please arrive 15 Min early to select & settle into your space and be ready for your journey :) Time is allowed to contemplate ,mingle, chat and have light refreshments such as tea ,water , nibbles :)
