“Celebrate the sunlight returning to our lives, the time of balance between light and dark, the triumph of light over darkness , the harbinger of growth to come. What seeds would YOU like to plant and see develop over the next few month? Spring brings new beginnings, growth ,energy. Shedding whats not needed to create space and to let yourself be open to what the new season brings. Just like a Koru-a fern frond unfurling, symbolizing new life, growth ,strength and peace, tap into the power ,energy of your own body and let it uncurl like the Koru , discover your strength and peace within you.  Join Ulrike in celebration of spring unfolding.Be guided in meditation ,light movement, pranayama and a sound bath. Pre-registration and payment is required. Please arrive 10-15 prior to start of class to pick your space and get settled.All Props are provided but I always invite you to bring your own blanket or eyebag for personal comfort :)
