Celebrating and enjoying what IS right now....equal light and dark ... soon days will shorten...nights will lengthen... savoring what IS at this moment . The transition from summer to autumn is beautiful ! .Days are now starting to shorten and darkness will start to set in earlier in the evening and linger longer in the morning.This is the time of balance between light and dark. Join Ulrike in contemplation of Fall's Arrival .Be guided in meditation ,pranayama and a sound bath. Pre-registration and payment is required. Please arrive 10-15 prior to start of class to pick your space and get settled. All Props are provided but I always invite you to bring your own blanket or eye-bag for personal comfort :)
