Service Description

A balancing ying yang yoga flow to center yourself with Reiki. Modify or rest to fit your needs to individualize and make practice your own, come as a new or seasoned practitioner. The sequence is always just a river to dip your toes into. Equipment needed: yoga mat, king pillow, beach towel, blanket Payment Suggestions: $10-20 depending on your fiscal comfortability. Cash or Venmo: @MaryWagner_3 or you may use a credit card with River of Life Yoga ,class passes can also be used !
