Service Description
Enjoy guided meditations using imagery, breath awareness and body scanning to induce total physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. It is said to often bring immediate physical benefits such as reduced stress and better sleep and it has the potential to heal deep psychological wounds. A meditation practice it can bring a profound sense of joy and well-being. We will begin with seated gentle movement and then move on to Pranayama (a short, guided breathing practice) before we settle into Savasana and stillness for a guided journey into ourselves. It is an easily accessible practice that only requires listening. Please join Ulrike to go within, reset your mind, rejuvenate your body, and renew your spirit. This 4 week offering is free :) You may join session in studio or by Zoom .
