This 75 min class is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together.Coordinating breath and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind.  (drop-in rate available)

Chair Yoga is an excellent way for older adults to loosen and stretch painful muscles, reduce stress, and improve circulation. It also reduces anxiety, helps lower blood pressure, protects joints, and builds strength and balance.
This 45 min chair yoga class is provided to seniors and citizens of our community free of charge by the the Buchanan Area Senior Center:)

Yoga for Pelvic Floor Health

Private 4 Week Sessions

Are you dealing with stress or urge incontinence ? Learn how to strengthen or release your pelvic floor muscles with breath and yoga poses to create a strong foundation for your organs. Discover true core power .... During your 4 week session you will explore and discover if you have a hypertonic or a hypotonic pelvic floor or a combination and learn tools to keep your pelvic floor healthy with the practice of pranayama and specific sequences of asanas selected for your specific need.
