Service Description

Settle deep within... in this Deeply Restorative Yoga Experience ! All poses will be supine. You will be held / supported / cradled by props allowing for the body to relax and release.Rest & Digest. Each pose is held around 10 -15 min , allowing for only 3 - 5 poses per class. Due to the limited number of only 10 students I can truly give my attention to each student.Personal touch , assistance to get comfortable in pose .You will be tucked in ,weights will be placed on the body for deeper relaxation , Lots of blankets are used for warmth and comfort. Gentle sound will settle you deeper into each pose. During the final resting pose a sound journey of gongs, bowls, chimes, will help you drift even deeper. Pre-registration is required for this class - no walk ins ! All props are provided. This class is open to all levels. YOUR SPACE WILL BE ALL SET UP FOR YOU :) Just arrive 5-10 min early to select and settle in your space :)
