River of Life Yoga Service Description
Let your body Rest & Digest in this Truly Restorative Yoga Practice. All poses will be supine.Resting into supports your body is allowed to relax and release. Each pose is held around 10 -15 min , allowing for only 3 - 4 poses per class.All props are provided.This class is open to all levels. Pre-registration is required and limited to 10 students due to space. PLEASE ARRIVE 10-15 MINUTES PRIOR TO CLAS START TO SET UP YOUR SPACE !
